These are divided into: — Broadband Associations — Municipal utilities — Official and municipal initiatives — Private sector The geometries are based on ALKIS and have been aggregated on the basis of the municipality level. Column description: — ‘ID’ — Community identification code — ‘actor’ — Name of the group of actors
