The data set on street lighting in Wuppertal — as of 2021 — includes information on the current number of luminaires, the current percentage of lighting technologies and the change in annual electricity consumption since 2010. In addition, the time intervals for the various maintenance activities and the total maintenance costs are indicated in 2020. The goals for the coming years are the further conversion to LED technology and the replacement of round control technology with new control technology.
