The data set provides an overview of the tariff additional holiday allowance for fully employed Arbeitnehmer:innen in selected industries in NRW in 2022. In addition to the respective sector name, the data set contains information on the holiday allowance, which is indicated in different units (percentage, euro, etc.) according to the underlying collective agreements. Often, the amount of the additional holiday allowance is staggered (e.g. by affiliation) so that minimum and maximum values are specified in the dataset for these cases. If there is a single fixed value in a given sector, it is registered under ‘maximum value’.
