Dataset description

The project/development plan (VE plan) or project-related development plan (MA plan) is a special form of a development plan that can determine the admissibility of specific projects. The so-called project promoter undertakes in an implementation contract vis-à-vis the municipality to bear the development and planning costs in whole or in part and to implement the project itself within a certain period of time. The procedure numbering follows the schema 500 to 699 and from 6000 (see associated PDF document for more information).
