Dataset description

The national accounts of the Federal Government provide information on the gross domestic product as well as other related key figures on economic performance. It is an overall accounting system, i.e. results from different statistics are used and are included in the further calculations. The data are published annually and quarterly for Germany as a whole. The quality report provides information on methods and definitions as well as the quality of the results of a statistics. It is available for free download on the website of the Federal Statistical Office.
