Dataset description

The project aims to socially stabilise and professionally integrate young adults with diverse problems between the ages of 18-25 and (single) educators up to 27 years. The participants are supported as part of individual coaching regarding their social and professional topics and needs. The possibility of practical testing and the learning of key qualifications in the context of qualification and job offers are also of great importance. These allow participants to offer a traineeship in their own holdings, workshops or in external companies. The project works closely with youth welfare institutions, the ASD and youth professional agencies.
