The ASEP report shall be drawn up in accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of Law 2190/1994 as in force and approved by Decision No 4/30.3.2011 of its plenary. It shall include information and data relating to the institutional form and responsibilities of ASEP, its findings on the most important issues arising in the exercise of its responsibilities and related proposals, its organisation, its operation and, in particular, its activity as regards the procedures for the selection and recruitment of staff and the decisions of the bodies of the college.
