DDOA & A.P.I.E. — CHILDREN’S STATIONS

It includes ten kindergartens where five hundred (550) preschool children from 2.5 years old are accommodated until they are enrolled in kindergarten. In the hospitable atmosphere of kindergartens, the preschool period is a unique experience for small citizens. With unconditional love and of course organised systematic work, we created a pleasant environment where the child enjoys all the care required by his age and at the same time is properly prepared for the next stage, which is the student life. The aim of the Municipal Organisation for Early Childhood Education & Open Protection of Elderly Kalamaria is to offer the child and his family services based on honesty, seriousness and love. The following services are offered in the kindergartens of the DOPA & API: Multifaceted and global emotional, mental, physical development of infants. Daily care and nutrition. Developmental programmes that offer opportunities to acquire knowledge. Provision of medical and mental monitoring of the health of guest infants. Raising parents’ awareness of issues of education and relationships with children.
