The digital documents include documented digitised material (digital archives and their metadata) of the EKBY Library Publications Collection. The collection includes: Books, Studies, Exhibitions, Articles, Audiovisual Material, Educational Packages, Posters, Leaflets, Photos, Maps and Issues of the magazine “AMFIVION”.
The material was digitised in accordance with the EKT Interoperability and Open Data Specifications and is maintained and disseminated through an online application (Digital EKBY Repository). It mainly covers biodiversity, wetlands, forests, protected areas and water. It is aimed at biologists, foresters, agronomists, environmentalists and other scientists working in public administration and self-government, or who are researchers or scholars, teachers, students, as well as the wider public with an interest in the conservation, management and restoration of natural resources.
