Hydrological station data (temperature, conductivity, level, etc.) are primary and have not been processed. For this reason, in the recording of measurements you may find “errors” that could result, for example, from problems in signal transmission. However, these “errors” are expected in automatic transmission systems, they are transient without affecting the whole of the information. The competent officials of the Water Directorate shall systematically monitor the operation of the stations with a view to limiting them as far as possible.
For information on the data please contact the Water Directorate of the Decentralised Administration of Crete at:
2813404134 (Michael Tzorbatzakis) — 2813404168 (Ioanna Mari) and at e-mail addresses: [email protected] and [email protected].
The use of the data is free if reference is made to the “Directorate for Water of the Decentralised Administration of Crete”.
You can access resource data through the DKAN Datastore Web API with the ability to return results to XML or JSON.
