A long-term strategy report on the mobilisation of investments for the renovation of the building stock consisting of residential and commercial buildings, both public and private, in accordance with Article 4 of Directive 2012/27/EU, adopted by decision of the Minister for Energy and submitted to the European Commission in accordance with the deadlines laid down in Article 4 of the Directive, and subsequently revised every three years and submitted as part of the NEEAP.
