The Single Electronic Real Estate Base “ESTIIA” was established by Law 4144/2013 and is a reliable and dynamic electronic database, in which the data for all the real estate of the Ministry of Labour and its supervised bodies are recorded.
The purpose of the operation of “ESTIAS” is the effective financial management and exploitation of the real estate portfolio of the Ministry and its supervised bodies, while, at the same time, the state’s self-evident obligation to create an environment of full transparency, easy access and control of the administration by citizens is fulfilled.
Ordinary citizens but also interested in the exploitation of the assets of the funds can, using the tools of the application, identify the properties of the FKA and be informed about their situation and the prospects for their utilisation.
