Dataset description

The placing of an antenna construction under the Standard Antenna Construction (CCP) scheme requires the issuance of a press authorisation, issued by EETT, after obtaining the agreement of the competent services of the Ministry of Productive Reconstruction, Environment and Energy and the Hellenic Atomic Energy Commission (EEAE). For the installation and operation of each PCN it is necessary to submit to the EETT a declaration of installation of a PCK, accompanied by an opinion of the CAA and the study of electromagnetic radiation for the specific location, which shall be notified to the competent Urban Planning Service, the competent Region and the EEAE. EETT publishes on its website the material (letters, decisions) on the Antenna Construction Press Licenses (CCIs).
