The Time Use Survey is a statistical survey that compiles them. information from a representative sample of households on their composition, housing conditions, employment, level of education, employment status, health of their members, etc., and in particular on how members of the households of the country spend their year in a full 24 hours of one working day and one day of public holidays or Saturday or Sunday, i.e. the use and breakdown of their time by main activity (work, household chores, childcare or older people, travel, recreation, etc.), other important activities, etc.
