Dataset description
Polygonal data depicting the 14 Water Districts of Greece as part of the 1st revision of the Management Plans of the LAP. The Water Districts include the coastal water systems of the country. Each polygon depicts a Water District and has a unit code. The data of the Water Districts were derived from data processing of the initial Management Plans, analysis of an equivalent scale of 1:50,000 GWS. The coastline of the CSR of an equivalent scale of 1:5,000 and the polygons of the territorial waters of the country of the Hydrographic Service were used for the formation of the coastal waters. It’s the Navy.
