Dataset description

Access to electronic texts of the Sagas of Icelanders, Sturlunga, Heimskringla and Landnámabókar. With the exception of the Book of Settlements, the texts from Black in White and Máls and Culture, published between 1985 and 1991. The spelling of all texts has been transcribed to modern spellings. In addition, a number of invertebrates have been changed to modern Icelandic. The texts can be searched and the texts can also be downloaded and used for language research and language technology projects.
