Speed Limit Bye Laws Special 2021 FCC

This data set is for illustrates the proposed speed limits for the County of Fingal to be implemented through Special Speed Limit Bye-Laws in 2021. Fingal County Council, in exercise of the power conferred on it by Section 9 of the Road Traffic Act 2004 No.44 of 2004), as amended by Section 86 of the Road Traffic Act 2010 (No.25 of 2010), and Section 22 of the Road Traffic Act 2016 (No.21 of 2016) and following consultation with An Garda Siochana, and written consent of the Nation Roads Authority herby makes the following bye-laws in respect of the area comprising the administrative area of Fingal County Council.
