Dataset description
The Regional Services Charter (hereinafter CRS), is a smartcard distributed by the Lombardy Region, complying with the standard CNS (National Charter of Services). The CRS is an electronic card containing a private key which ensures recognition of the identity of the user. For this type of authentication Region Lombardia uses and makes available to EELL the service Identity Provider Citizens (hereinafter IDPC). The CRS Access Dataset contains a list of all authentication operations carried out via IDPC with CRS or other National Services Cards issued by the Public Administration.
