Dataset description
The Regional Service Charter (hereinafter CRS), is a smartcard distributed by Regione Lombardia, complying with the CNS standard (National Service Charter). The CRS is an electronic card containing a private key that guarantees recognition of the user’s identity. For this type of authentication, Regione Lombardia uses and makes available to EELLs the Identity Provider service (hereinafter IDPC). The CRS Access Dataset contains a list of all authentication operations performed via IDPC with CRS or other National Services Cards issued by the Public Administration.
