Accommodation capacity open monthly Sardinia 2013

This dataset contains the capacity of the accommodation facilities of the Sardinia Region for the year 2013. The accommodation capacity measures the consistency in terms of the number of accommodation facilities and their beds. The data are divided by municipality, month and type of structure. The source of the data is the registry of Sired, the information system for data collection and processing provided by the Sardinia Region to the provinces that manage it at territorial level. The Sired contains the opening periods of the accommodation facilities as well as these announcements. All structures (and their beds) that are open in a given month are included in the count. It also includes the facilities that, despite having communicated that they were closed in that month, still communicated through the Sired the presence of at least one guest. It may happen, for example, that some structures communicate an opening period (e.g. from June to September) and then decide to open also on other occasions (e.g. Easter) without communicating the variation to the provinces but communicating the presence of guests through the Sired.
