The information layer is related to the map identification of urban waste water agglomerations of the Marche Region.
The areas are drafted according to:
* the particulars of point (4) of Article 2(1) of Directive 91/271/EEC,
* the identification methods referred to in the European Commission draft “Terms and definitions of the Urban Waste Water Treatment Directive (91/271/EEC)” of 16/01/2007,
* the particular criteria defined at regional level and indicated on page 9 of DGR 566/2008.
Identification of agglomerations:
* it is based on the map layer of the 2011 ISTAT census sections associated with the municipal limits of 2018, and then derives the related information,
* covers all regional agglomerations, both those with at least 2000 inhabitants equivalent (EEA) and those between 200 and 1999 AE.
In particular, the 92 agglomerations of the Marche Region with at least 2000 AEs are updated within their perimeter only according to an update of the same to the new map representation of ISTAT 2011 and have not been modified according to the load, which was calculated and transmitted through the 2020 reporting, using the ISTAT data updated at 31/12/2018.
The data are georeferenced in ETRS89-LAEA (EPSG 3035), reference for transmission to the European WISE system, through conversions based on grid and sw convergo system.
