The Air Quality Database contains:- all data collected for the individual polluted by stations of public and private networks (managed by ARPA or by private individuals themselves) present in the territory, forming part of the Regional Air Quality Detection System (SRRQA);- the estimates on a municipal basis of the Air Quality resulting from the modelling calculations carried out by Arpa Piemonte, taking into account the data collected by the monitoring network;- information on the exceedances of the alarm and information thresholds through the air quality bulletins (ozone); — the values of the Province’s IQA (Air Quality Index) and the IFPA (Provisional Air Quality Index) of the Province of Turin, elaborated by ARPA Piemonte.The database also contains the personal information relating to detection stations, measuring instruments and the type of sensors they are equipped with.The database is the basis of knowledge of the environmental situation regarding air quality and is a key element for the planning of measures and actions to be carried out on the regional territory, in order to avoid, prevent or reduce harmful effects on human health and the environment as a whole (Directory Directive 2008/50/EC).

All important information such as time of last update, license and other information are in response of each API call.
In case of major update that would not be compatible with previous version of API, we keep for 30 days both versions so you will have enough time to transfer to new version. We will inform you about the changes in advance by e-mail.
