Dataset description

The dataset contains the annual trend averages of the Consumer Price Index for the entire national community (NIC), calculated on the prices recorded in the Municipality of Milan. The trend change is calculated from the same month of the previous year. The NIC consumer price index is calculated by reference to all goods and services purchased by households with an actual market price and is the benchmark used for the estimation of inflation.
