The dataset shows, for the month of July 2021, the total entries recorded every 30 minutes by the cameras placed on the entrances to Area C (https://www.comune.milano.it/aree-tematiche/mobilita/area-c ). The decoding table of the gates is available at this other dataset: http://dati.comune.milano.it/dataset/4cad1605-8225-4ecd-9b82-868b3af453e5 The decoding table of the remaining fields is available at this other dataset: http://dati.comune.milano.it/dataset/0b396fd4-bdad-4588-89f8-1468c5451c49 The areac field when valued at 1 indicates that Area C was active at the time of monitoring, if valued at 0 indicates Area C not active
