The Framework Law on forest fires No 353/2000 lays down prohibitions, requirements and penalties on wooded areas and pastures whose stands have been driven by fire, providing for the possibility for municipalities to impose, as the case may be, different constraints on the areas concerned.
D.Lgs 42/04 art.142 lett. b) — The territories crossed or damaged by fire are of landscape interest and are subject to the provisions of this Title.
