Dataset description

Portion of territory or one or more administrative units (provinces, regions or entire national territory), including different ones, for which containment measures have been taken to prevent the population, excluding health personnel, police forces, the national fire brigade and armed forces, in the performance of their duties. Containment measures are differentiated in size and severity. Among the measures provided for in Article 1(c) is the prohibition of expulsion and the prohibition of access.
