Dataset description
Stretches of the coast where bathing is expressly prohibited. In Emilia-Romagna, currently, there are about 28 km of non-bathing coastline out of a total of more than 136 km of total coastline. Of these, about 16 km are located in the province of Ferrara, 10 km in the province of Ravenna, 0.3 km in the province of Forlì-Cesena and 1.5 km in the province of Rimini.The non-bathing areas, and therefore prohibited, are divided into the following categories: mollusc farming areas, military areas, areas subject to conservation restrictions as they are part of the Po Delta Regional Park, river areas and port areas.Reference DGR 623 of 08/06/2020
