BDTRE — ADMINISTRATIVE AREAS — GEO-SERVICE WFS

A WFS — Web Feature Service is a standard Open Gis Consortium (OGC) service that allows the request, analysis and/or import by a client of geographic objects through the Web.This WFS presents the “Administrative Areas” layer of the Territorial Database of Reference of Bodies (BDTRE), structured according to national technical specifications (DPCM November 10, 2011), collects the information related to the main territorial areas of administrative value. It reports to areas with official value and only the main administrations are taken into account: Municipality, Mountain Community, Province, Metropolitan City, Region, State. The contents of this service are divided into the following levels corresponding to the BDTRE classes:- Local authorities administrative areasIt is recalled that the data can be used for the uses allowed for its own activity.
