Dataset description

Regulation (EC) No 1198/2006 on the European Fisheries Fund provides for information and publicity rules in Article 51 to give greater transparency to the use of available funds. The same principle is reflected in Implementing Regulation 498/2007 laying down detailed rules for the application of Regulation (EC) No 1198/2006, which provides in Article 31 that the Managing Authorities are to publish, electronically or otherwise, the list of all beneficiaries complete with the names of the operations and the amount of public funding. The amount of public funding is total, so it includes both the European Funds and the national funds relating to the individual intervention.
