Dataset description

The expenditure of the forecast budget is divided into Titles, each Title is divided into functions, each function is divided into services, each service is subdivided into interventions. Data refer to 2013-2014-2015. The data is encoded in Comma Separated Value (CSV) format, separated by the character “;”. The character ‘,’ was adopted as a decimal separator. The file fields are as follows: TITLE: description of the title FUNCTION: description of the function SERVICE: description of the service INTERVENTION: description of the intervention FORECAST 2013: initial allocation 2014 FORECAST: initial allocation FORECAST 2015: initial allocation
