Business activities: public exercises out of plan

The dataset contains a list of so-called “out of plan” public establishments. The definition “out of plane” is attributed to those exercises in which administration is carried out as part of another primary activity, i.e.: together with entertainment activities, ballrooms, nightclubs, bathing establishments, sports facilities and other similar exercises; in establishments located within metropolitan areas and public transport stations; directly from parishes, oratories, religious communities; in establishments located within museums, theatres, concert halls and the like; in company canteens and outlets attached to companies, administrations, bodies and schools in which administration is carried out to the public; in private circles in favor of the associates. In addition to location by street and civic number and area of administration, there are other information from the administrative archive. For the interpretation of the data, it must be borne in mind that the trade legislation has undergone numerous changes over time, both in relation to the nomenclature and the classification of activities, and in relation to the type and number of information collected. In some cases, regulatory innovations have introduced variables not present in the archives, enriching the dataset with information. These changes, however, do not affect retroactively in the archive, but are updated at the first time when the owner turns to the offices to communicate any change (translocation, takeover, change in sales area, cumulation of activities....). Therefore, the information contained in the dataset is not necessarily homogeneous, because it is reported at the time of the last communication. Updated on 31/12/2018.
