Article 4(b) of Directive 2007/60/EC of 23 October 2007 provides: ‘description of past floods which have had significant negative consequences for human health, land, assets, the environment, cultural heritage and economic and social activities and which are likely to continue to occur in the future in a similar manner, including the extent of the flood area and, where known, how the water flows, the effects on soil and an assessment of the negative consequences they have had.’ The Catasto Alluvial Events Past contains: 1) the data of the AVI Project from 1966 to 2001; 2) the data of the catalogue of flood events with damage to persons for the period 1950-2012; 3) the DPC data for the years between 2005-2012.
