Article 37 Obligations to publish concerning public works, services and supply contracts 1. Without prejudice to the other obligations of legal advertising and, in particular, those laid down in Article 1(32) of Law No 190 of 6 November 2012, each public administration, in accordance with Legislative Decree No 163 of 12 April 2006, and, in particular, Articles 63, 65, 66, 122, 124, 206 and 223, the information relating to procedures for the award and execution of public works and works, services and supplies. 2. Public authorities are also required to publish, in the case referred to in Article 57(6) of Legislative Decree No 163 of 12 April 2006, the decision to contract.
