Census 1991 — Homes

The dataset contains data from the 13rd General population census related to housing. For the purposes of the Census by dwelling means a set of rooms, or even a single compartment, intended for use as accommodation, which has an independent entrance on the road, landing, courtyard, terrace, balcony and the like and which at the date of the census is occupied or is intended to be occupied by a family or several co-inhabiting families. Distinctive features of the dwelling are therefore: * rooms and accessory compartments making up a single body distinct from other dwellings that may exist in the building * The purpose for the use of one or more families (the dwellings used exclusively for professional studies, workshops, etc. are not subject to detection) * The existence of an independent entrance.
