Censuses 1991, 2001, 2011: Indicators relating to housing conditions

The dataset contains statistical indicators on housing conditions calculated on the basis of Census data 2011, 2001 and 1991. The indicators are calculated at three levels of detail: municipality of Milan;9 municipalities;69 NIL with a population of over 3,000 inhabitants. The indicators are defined as follows: * 1) Property dwellings for every 100 dwellings occupied by residents (Percentage ratio between the number of dwellings occupied by property residents and the total number of dwellings occupied by residents); * 2) Trny leases for every 100 houses occupied by residents (Percentage ratio between the number of houses occupied by renters and the total number of houses occupied by residents); * 3) Average housing size (Relation between the total area (sqm) of dwellings occupied by residents and the total housing occupied by residents).
