Territorial representation of the areas that municipalities intend to dedicate to the holding of temporary, mobile, or outdoor events on the basis of paragraph 4.1 of DGR 2083/2012, which provides for a precise indication on the cartography.SCOPO:individuazione of areas for temporary, mobile, or outdoor events in such a way as not to cause acoustic penalties to the nearest receptionists, as well as in order to minimise the inconvenience for the population. Those objectives may be pursued by the municipality by means of a special regulation laying down rules for their use, including the setting of sound limits within them, even by way of derogation from zoning limits.
