Concessions — Regional Central Purchasing Directorate

Pursuant to Article 18 of Decree-Law No 83 of 22 June 2012 (“Urgent measures for the growth of the country”), converted into Law No 134 of 7 August 2012, information concerning the granting of grants, grants, subsidies and financial aids to companies and the allocation of remuneration and remuneration to individuals, professionals, companies and private bodies and, in any case, of economic advantages of any kind referred to in Article 12 of Law No 241 of 7 August 1990, to public and private bodies. This publication constitutes a legal condition for the effectiveness of the legitimate title of concessions and attributions of a total amount exceeding EUR 1 000 during the calendar year.
