Dataset description

The dataset presents the characteristics of the new buildings for which a building permit, a DIA or SCIA has been submitted. A new building is residential when more than 50 % of the total area is intended for use living room. Data are presented from 2010 onwards by district and town hall (former decentralisation zone) and for some salient features (number of dwellings, rooms, floors, accessory rooms, volume and total area, living area and more). The holder of the licence and the energy efficiency characteristics are also declared. This dataset has been issued by the municipality of Milan.
