Dataset description
The level “Dangerous forest fires” is based on the elaboration of the “Plan for the Protection of Forests against Fires” approved in 2010, updated on the basis of the new land use boundaries and geomorphology calculated on the basis of LiDAR. The level “hazardous forest fires” approved by Decision G.P. No. 1307 of 4 September 2020, describes and classifies the portions of land according to the criteria and methodology approved by Decision G.P. No 1306 of 4 September 2020. Hazard classification is coded in the CAP field (H1 — negligible, H2 — low, H3 — mean, H4 — high).
