DBGT10K — Building

Means a built body which: — it has no continuity, — it has a single type of building, — it may have several categories of use — it has a given conservation status — it may possibly be underground The building is associated with one or more Volumetric Units and its spatial attribute of space on the ground, must contain the Volumetric Units components. It is a partition of a building box and, in the presence of extended buildings (such as in historical centres) is identified by distinguishing architectural dividers or by evident “architectural variation” or, in homogeneous structures, by obvious elements of the facade (different colour, etc.).
