Dataset description

RASTER type data (ESRI GRID format), consisting of square cells of 10 m side. SLF is the acronym for Slope Length Factor and represents the combined effects of slope length and slope on erosion. The original equation is empirical and comes from the USDA Agriculture Handbook (1978): SLF = [(As/22.13)0,4*1.4*(sin b/0.0896)1.3]where As, is the flow accumulation i.e. the draining area and b is the slope of the slope.
