Enabling infrastructure services include “regional nodes” to so-called “national intangible infrastructures” (SPID, PagoPA, etc.). The Umbria Region, pursuant to Article 10 of Law No 8/2011, plays the role of “technological intermediary” in favour of all the entities in its territory, including the aspects concerning the dissemination of the necessary skills and the deployment/integration towards local systems.
The Region, local authorities and other stakeholders that make up the Community Network of Umbria (CN-Umbria) are signatories to a framework agreement (art.6 9/2014) and can use platform infrastructure services through specific membership.
The dataset contains:
* activated services and membership data to *LoginUmbria*, the regional platform for integration with SPID;
* activated services and membership data to *PagoUmbria*, the regional platform for integration with PagoPa;
* the membership and usage data of the regional billing hub*, brokerage gateway between the Interchange System (SDI) of the Revenue Agency and the local PA.
