Dataset description

The report data — updated monthly — come from the documentation submitted by the operators of the plants notified as at risk of major accident (RIR) subject to Legislative Decree No 105/2015 (the “Seveso” legislation). The information provided by the operators is included in the computerised database called Catasto RIR, carried out by Arpae on a project of the Emilia-Romagna Region, which aims to provide a census of the industries at risk present in the regional territory.
