The costs of the Budget are divided into Titles, each Title is divided into functions, each function is divided into services, each service is divided into interventions, every intervention in chapters, every chapter in articles. The services are further divided into cost centers. The data refer to 2013-2014-2015. The data is encoded in Comma Separated Value (CSV) format, separated by the character “;”. The character ‘,’ has been adopted as a decimal separator.
