The Hydraulic Regimation Areas are the agricultural areas intended to receive water, in case of flooding from the surface water system and their function is closely linked to the safety of the territory, in cases where the surface water system enters into crisis.
All agricultural activities and those associated with them are allowed and compatible, with the prevalence of traditional cultivation activities and part-time agriculture, respecting the characteristics of the soils and the correct regulation of the waters. Interventions are also allowed to carry out recreational or sporting functions, which do not affect the naturalness of the places and have a non-invasive character, but widespread and without fixed structures.
In order to ensure the protection of the environmental function and for the proper performance of agricultural practices, the following requirements apply:
— it must be ensured the continuity of the routes of road, even on the farm, of historical matrix and their enhancement in the system of tourist-hiking routes, also according to the establishment of a cycle-pedestrian network;
— without prejudice to ordinary agricultural practices, no deburring or raising of land that exceeds 30 centimeters in relation to existing or project quotas of any expansion box or which, in any case, undermines the functionality of the fund itself, shall not be permitted;
— waterproofing of the soil and any modification of the existing permeable surface shall be prohibited;
— interventions that provide for the irreversible transformation of plant soil, with regard to its granulometric-mineralogical composition and biological chemical characteristics are prohibited.
