Dataset description

The dataset was built with reference to the menus of the taverns of the districts of Foligno. For each tavern there are the typical dishes, the price and the times of preparation of the typical dishes. There are also available wines divided by name, winery of origin, type and denomination, year of bottling. Taverns usually open their activities in the periods of May — June and September — October of each year, in conjunction with the Quintana rides that take place in those two moments.
