From Lagoni to Monte Matto, on the trail of ancient glaciers — Edition 2018

The map is a product produced by the Sismico and Suoli Geological Service in collaboration with the Apenennino Tosco Emiliano National Park as part of the dissemination and geopuristic promotion of geosites in the Emilia-Romagna Region. This is a route dedicated to glacial morphologies held along the Emilian side of the Tusc-Emilian Crinal. The route runs along the CAI paths and describes a large ring from the Rifugio lagoni to the top of Monte matto. 12 the geomorphologic and geomorphologic points of interest touched by the itinerary making it possible to capture very wide landscape prospects in the neighbouring mountains, with views framed by the Apuan Alps and the Tyrrhenian Sea.
