Dataset description
Areas where asbestos-risk lithologies fall. The Geological Charter of Ligurian Units identifies the areas covered by the mapping as areas of outcropping of rocks containing asbestos, following their litological, petrographic and mineralogical characterisation, and can be attributed to sources of environmental contamination by asbestos. (Regional Resolution No 853 of 25 Nov 2020).
