Dataset description
Reprocessing of satellite data by the Iuav University of Venice for the Municipality of Rovigo. It consists of the calculation, for each geometric entity identified by soil cover (CLC, 2018), of the Vegetation Health Index (VHI), a \“proxy\” of the overall health conditions of the vegetation. The expressed indicator is a combined estimate of the thermal state and moisture content of the vegetation (Kogan, 1995) found in column (VHI_28_8_1). The date to which the satellite image refers is 28 August 2019. The reference system used is: 3003 Monte Mario/Italy 1
