Dataset description
The dataset represents the soil effects associated with flooding along the river rods and streams Chisone, Pellice, Sangone, Dora Riparia, Dora Baltea, Stura di Lanzo, Malone, Orco, Soana, Po linked to the flood event of 13-16 October 2000. The following are shown: the delimitation of the flood field, the main erosive and depositional processes, the estimates of hydrometric levels, the reliced river forms, the main damage. In addition, landslide movements triggered by the activity of the watercourse or having accumulation that interfere directly with the hive are also reported.
